Devil's Contract
Signing a contract with Boktai, is equivalent to signing a contract with the devil.
As the Devil himself, I demand that you, the contractee is given a fair and equal wage for your time.
All positions at Boktai are salaried positions, starting at $70,000 USD (2022)
A total of 40 Days of PTO, Unlimited Sick Leave, and 10 Personal Days will be allotted to you during your stay with us.
Though, after 3 days we do require a doctor's visit, covered of course, or we'll send our own. Along with having to request PTO 2 Weeks in Advance.
All PTO Must be Spent by the end of year and in some cases cannot all be spent at the end of the year.
Anyways, we add 2 additional paid days off for every year of service capping off at 10 years for a total of 60 days off.
Meaning you'd be working at most 138 days of the year. About 38% of the year. Which doesn't account for sick leave.
We do not consider public holidays paid time off and will not offer our services in nations that require this.

Here's the typical pay scale at Boktai, a livable and fair wage.
We offer annual raises of 5% per year.
I.E. For someone who started in 2022. Cumulative Salary: $73,500 (2023), $77,175 (2024), $81,034 (2025)
The starting salary will raise 3% every year to raises the minimum according to inflation.
I.E. Minimum Pay for those who start on (year) : $72,100 (2023), $74,263 (2024), $76,491 (2025)
This is what I would like to pitch to you all. However, it is something that is not always possible for everyone right now.
Too help others who live in poverty, a smaller wage but fair wage is required in areas with low cost of living .
We have to offer a secondary wage, Starting at $31,200 USD (2022) it's goal is to help lift out those in extreme poverty.
Why we cannot raise it higher right away is due to the immigration crisis this salary alone will attract.
Along with being unable to afford to do so to help this many people.
It follows the same 5% Raise and 3% Inflation Change with a Caveat.

10 Years For a Better Life (A Better Life in Your Lifetime)
In exactly ten years of your time starting at the company, no matter what your experience you will be lifted up.
What does it mean to be uplifted?
You will be entitled to the same wage as those of similar experience to you belonging to the higher cost of living.
Of course, this comes with additional caveats, the subsidized fees that you were not paying, you will begin to pay for.
An expectation is required of you but in doing so you life and the lives of those around you will improve.
I promise you that as the devil himself.

Shown above is the expected salary including an annual 5% raise.
In 2032 both salaries will be raised to.

There is an exception for this of course, experts*, will start off based on the high cost of living calculations.
