Here is a detailed list of some of the benefits for Boktai Employees.
Starting off we have Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave.
Expecting parent's should expect time off to take of their child.
We offer one year maternity and paternity leave for the first child.
Along with this, we offer additional leave depending on when it is taken again.'
Afterword, we will offer 6 months of periodic leave as we work on helping to reintroduce you back into the workforce.
Though the 6 months will still cover the entire year, just spanned around.
Along with this it is to ensure that the you don't lose your skills and are kept up to date with practices.
While I don't expect much to change in a short time frame, I also don't want individuals to feel as though they have been excluded.
You are still entitled to your paid time off and personal days.
We will provide child care programs to take care of babies and possibly children during these time frames.
Personal Care will be provided to Employees at affordable costs
You can expect basic needs to be subsidized by Boktai.
Health Care, Mental Health, Dental, and Eye Care will be provided to Boktai employees when possible.
As it becomes available to you, all Boktai Employee's in the area will automatically be entered in and cannot choose not to.
This will be done by entering into a plan with Boktai for us to provide these services to you for a percentage of your pre-taxed income.
There will be no additional or hidden fees.
I believe that sudden illnesses should not be a death sentence to you, nor should they impact your quality of life.
Along with this, all Boktai Employees will have weekly counseling sessions. The information in these events will be for only you and you're therapist.
I believe it is important for people to have an environment where they can talk about their issues and possibly reflect on them in a healthy atmosphere. One where the information from such events is not shared between others. And where the consequences for doing so can result in the loss of your license.

Daycare and Childcare Programs
Another large program offered to Boktai employees is Day care and Child Care.
These programs are done together with our orphanage program.
Though it does not mean you can simply choose to abandon your child. (We see you.)
You can opt to send your child on the weekends to a safe community center where they will be taken care of.
Giving you and your child their own space to adventure on their own and at times together.
Along with time for you to spend with your loved ones and friends. Becoming a parent shouldn't mean having to give up on those around you. As communities should revolve around those who you choose to spend time with, you should not be forced into making those decisions. Though, a life partner is someone you spend this time with together. As you should have similar interests or why else would you be together?
You will not be expected to work more than 36 hours a day.
You will not be expected to work more than 4 days a week.
You are entitled to 40 Paid Days Offs.
You must schedule these days off, 2 Weeks in advance. All schedules set will be approved.
2 Additional Days will be added for every year of service starting on the 1st Day of January.
These additional days will cap off at 20 additional days resulting 60 days of Paid Time Off.
You will have 10 Personal Days for yourself.
You may use these whenever you wish, even during the workday.
You do not have to use an entire day and may use them by the hour.
You have Unlimited Sick Days Off.
After 3 days, a medical professional will either be sent to check up on you or you can visit a clinic and receive an approved doctors note.
Severance
For those of you who don't wish to stay for long we offer severance packages to all employees
The package offers wages starting at 2 week up to 2 years.
This is offered from Day 1 (2 Weeks) to 1 Year (2 Years) in which it is maxed out.
You will be unable to reapply for 5 years starting from termination by choice or not.
If you decide to rejoin us, your salary will be adjusted by years of employment of when you left.
This will be adjusted by the new minimum salary, with added total employment years.
You are not guaranteed a position once you leave there is no special process.
For those who leave in low cost of living area's, you will not be reset in the case of high cost of living attainment.
