minQ

Minimum Qualification: Is an apprentice program set around a minimum number of logged hours to qualify for a job.

Before even qualifying for minQ you must for those older than 18 take a minimum competency test to determine your, reading, writing, and English proficiency skills.

From here, we will perform various health checks to ensure you are fit and capable of doing your job, along with checking for potential deficiencies.

Based on the roles requirements you will be subject to various blocks where you will learn in detail about various topics relating to the field and career path.

Here you will meet people of similar interest as you go along learning.

After a set number of hours in various topics, you will be minimally qualified to become a beginner.

The reason I believe this to work is because, if you're willing to put the minimum time in without quitting and dropping out, then you're probably interested enough to continue.

From here, you will be put onto a team of 6 where you're team leader and your team mates will help guide and mentor you.

Though, there are rules you must follow such as you cannot use qualifications after X amount of Years. Qualifications will expire. As people's memories tend to expire.

minQ is a sub block that is part of the school education system at Boktai Inc.

Though it is also part of the Continuous Education Program, CET. Aimed at those older than 25. The programs are separate to prevent developmental and child safety concerns.

From here, individuals will undergo apprenticeship from various teams, averaging around 6 Months for each one for 4 years. In the School Education System, this program is expected to begin at the age of 22 years old. This is done to allow children to explore various paths they can choose from. Along with allowing them to explore the world.

Everyone only lives one life so they should have the choice in what they want to do for the rest of it.

outside minQ in the Continuous Education Program, we will allow individuals to make career changes every 5 years. Unfortunately, for those moving on in age, they have shorter timeframes as they've already missed this experience, however it shouldn't and will not impact their choice in learning new aspects of life, and when they find a new passion, to be able to pursue it to it's fullest. I am sorry. If I don't do this, then everyone will try to do so. Though, it follows the same rules as minQ, with caveats of course.

Along with this, for those part of the CET program, as with the School Program you will not end up on the same team as the one you apprentice under as you are the 7th member, and with the maximum team size of 6, you will be joining a separate team after it's conclusion.

Though, these requirements have been listed, they aren't entirely accurate. Enrollment and acceptance also has much to do with our D&I Initiatives. Unfortunately many roles have too many applicants, as such you may not receive a role or may be waitlisted from one for this reasoning alone. In the same way that the Universities of the old days produced too many physicists. It's also done to preserve local populations and their localities and ethnic groups.

This also does not account for space occupancy for positions as most positions will be filled from outside the company.

For now, this is only reserved for athletes and their redevelopment as we begin early testing of the program. (As of 2022.)

There are many problems with this approach.

Such as instructors and team leaders bullying and harassing others to quit.

To a non-uniform curriculum leading to deficiencies in learning for individuals as whole.

Favoritism and elitism could easily take root and only allow those from wealthier backgrounds to succeed in the program.

As there are too many issues with this program alone, it is not something I myself can consider to know all the answers to.

And in many ways, is something that may require changing with the times with newer and better information.
