David's Thoughts
Self Proclaimed Genius and World's Greatest "Human" Being
Hello and welcome to my website. Here is a short reading list of books, screenplays, and novellas I've never read in no particular order.
Save The Cat: Do you like money? And putting absolutely zero effort into your own works? This is the book for you! Why take years of writing and practice when this book can teach you the five steps to success! Disclaimer: I make no guarantee that this book will do anything for you.
China Town: A classic, why is it on this list? Because Chinatown Baby! What else are you going to bring up when someone asks you for your unoriginal opinion on the best screenplay ever written, it's Chinatown of course!
Mein Kampf: What's a reading list without one of the world's most banned books! I haven't read the translation yet, but I hear the original is pretty good.
The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn: I've never actually read this book but still it deserves a spot on this list.
The Get Rich and Become God Method: I'm not sure if you haven't picked up on the pattern to these books yet but I'm sure this self help book will let you figure it out on your own!
The Exceptional Negro Racism, White Privilege and the Lie of Respectability Politics : It's a pretty good read, too bad I didn't read it at all. I listened to it on Audible.com the best source for good audiobooks on the net. For just $9.99 you can feel like a socially responsible individual without actually doing anything!
Snow Crash: One of my favorite cyberpunk-esque novels. Though the female protagonist age seems to change alot, was she 12? No was it 17? Or was she in her 20s? A good novel that makes fun of standard practices in the publishing industry before they became as popular as they did.
Scrum The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time: Wow, this Book just Spoke to Me. literally, I cannot Say how Much i Recommend this Book. me Before scrum Me after scrum. Efficiency ratios Are up 3000%. i Learned as Much in My mba Program at Warbler's school Of business. Remember, the Key to SUCCESS is Correct punctuation And reducing Headcount. why Improve your Product? when All you NEED to Do is Have people DO more FOR less? Which brings Me to My next Topic, capitalization.
999.ICU: 999.ICU is a repository on the website Github detailing the average working conditions of the average Chinese Technology Employee. And needless to say, I am astounded by the efficacy of our comrades in the Republic of China. The sheer work ethic of the average Manchurian male is astounding to me. Starting at 9AM to 9PM, the average Manchu male works more than 12 hours a day. Such hard workers are the backbone of a healthy democracy. If only they started at 6AM instead, I'm sure they would be in ready condition to do anything by then. But alas, instead they work on Saturdays, which heavens is good for me, everyone deserves god's day off. In the 999.ICU you'll find a repository of testimonies and written statements of the greatness of the 999 Dream. Here are some testimonies from some below.
Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba: It is a huge blessing to be able to '996'.
Richard Liu, founder of JD.com: We will never force our employee to work as '996'. (However, as a result many anonymous employees claim that there is a list of departments which ranked them by overtime hours. The shortest will take punishments. And the leaders never leave evidences when asking employees to work as '996'.)
Bai Ya, founder of Youzan: This will definitely be a right decision when we look back in a few years.
David Chung, founder of nothing: If I were to ever run a company, this is how I'd do it.
The more you look, the less sense it makes. Dive deeper into the rabbit hole.
